The Role of Physiotherapy in Spine Care
Physiotherapy is the cornerstone of non-surgical spine care and an essential component of post-surgical recovery. A structured, supervised physiotherapy programme achieves what medication alone cannot: it addresses the underlying muscular imbalances, postural problems, and movement dysfunction that drive chronic spinal pain.
At our centre, physiotherapy is always prescribed with specific goals, appropriate intensity, and clear progression milestones — not as a generic referral. Dr. Chugh coordinates closely with specialist spine physiotherapists to ensure your programme is matched to your diagnosis.
